What is the latest I can submit a change to the roster?
You can submit changes to the roster by 20 May 09. Changes after that will be on case by case basis |

The application form does not look right on my screen (overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) What is going on?
First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form.
In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases:
1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files
2. Shut down Internet Explorer
3. Restart the computer
4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer.
5. Go to Web site, fill out form.
In most cases, this will solve the problem.... |
Are women allowed to play?
Yes, women are welcome to play! |
How can I acquire a sticker for my vehicle?
The way to acquire a sticker for your vehicle is to go to your base visitors center and ask them what you need in order to acquire one. |
How many teams will be playing?
We are capping the number of teams at 20. |
If I am in the players pool team how much does it cost me to play?
The cost for players in the players pool teams is $350.00, up to 20 players. The way that is divided into equal pay from each player is up to team captain/coach. |
If I am in the players pool, and I am assigned to a team how much does it cost me to play?
The price for players that are assigned to a team is $25 to play. |
Is this tournament a PTDY or do I have to take leave in order to attend the tournament?
This tournament is PTDY. |
Will I be allowed on Ft. Carson even if I am an Air Force member?
Ft. Carson requires a valid military/DOD ID AND a valid sticker on vehicles. If you do not have a sticker, you will be required to go to Gate 1 located off of Hwy 115. However, we are working with Ft. Carson to get passes before teams arrive. Accurate rosters will speed up this process. |

Are the hotels listed the only hotels that we can use?
Yes. The money made from that revenue will assist in offsetting some of the fees for the tournament. The only exception to this is if you made reservations prior to 14 April 09. |

How much is the fee for the tournament for teams that are participating?
The entry fee is $350. That will help us in covering expenses that we have incurred in order to make this tournament as well as pay for the awards that will be given out at the end of the tournament. |
